OUR RATES

Standard Service Calls:

 

Our standard service calls are scheduled between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday-Friday.  Most calls include a two-person team.

Here's a sampling of some of the services we provide and our rates:

• Light Bulb Replacement: $10 - $40 per bulb. Mostly depends on the ceiling heights.

• Air Filter Replacement $30 - $60 - Prices vary depending on the height of the unit and if we are to provide the new filter.

• Picture & Mirror Hanging: $35 - $90 each - Prices vary depending on size, weight, and the height we are hanging them.

• Shelf Installation: $35 - $95 each - Prices vary based on the type of material, size, height of installation, and the type of wall, etc we are hanging the shelves on. Simply put, Drilling into concrete costs more.

• Furniture Assembly: $75 - $200 per furniture item. 

• Doorknobs & Door Handles: $50 - $150. We can do everything from a simple interior doorknob to exterior deadbolts, Wi-Fi Smart Locks, etc.

• Paint Touch-Ups: $50 - $150 per wall. This can vary widely so let us come out and give you a free in-home estimate. We can also paint whole rooms and more!

• TV Mounting: $150 - $250 per wall-mounted TV. This is something you want to be sure is done right the first time. Never worry about your TV crashing down. We guarantee it will be mounted into a solid wall structure every time.

• Bathroom Hardware Installation: $30 - $60 per piece - We can install towel bars, grab bars, toilet paper holders, and more.

• Smoke Detectors, Testing & Battery Replacement: $35 - $60 ea. Mainly depends on ceiling height and ease of access.

• Curtain & Blinds Installation: $30 - $100 ea. Simple blinds like faux-wood blinds could be as little as $30 each with larger, higher windows costing more. Draperies and shutters are more on the higher price side too.

• Cabinet & Drawer Handle Installation: $5 - $10 per handle/knob. 

• Ring Doorbell Installation: $75 - $150 ea. We will make sure it's connected to your network wifi and your phone or tablet can access the app.

• Caulking: $50 - $100 per task. We can do things like recaulking around a toilet, bathtub, sink, kitchen countertops, etc.

• Weather Stripping: $60 - $100 per door or window.

• Smart Home Device Setup: $75 - $100 per device. 

• House Sitting & Basic Property Mgmt: $50 - $100 per day. We can take care of things like picking u your mail, watering plants, maintaining the premises, etc.

• Dryer Vent Cleaning: $50 - $150 per cleaning.

• Closet System Installation: $250 - $1,500 per closet. If you ordered a custom closet organization system let us handle the installation!

• Holiday Decoration Setup/Take Down: $250 - $1,000 per job. Give us a call to see what you would like set up.

• Baby Proofing: $300 - $500 per home. Let us handle things like installing safety latches on your cabinets and drawers, corner protectors for sharp furniture, wall anchors for shelving units and TVs, etc.

• Pet Door / Doggie Door: $75 - $175. Depending on the type of door we have to cut into.
